Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation By You

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 working days after the receipt of your goods. You do not have to provide any reasons for your cancellation.

If you do wish to cancel your order then you must notify us at Contact Us as soon as possible and within 14 working days of receiving your goods.

If your goods have not yet been despatched then we will refund your payment in full immediately, but this could take up to 30 days to process.

If your goods have already been despatched then we ask that when you receive the goods, you do not unpack the goods and send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.  Under standard trading terms, you have a duty of care for the goods upon delivery. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged or spoiled and preserve the standard by which you received them. If you do not exercise reasonable care then Arman Bra Straps may make a claim against you for breach of this duty.  You will be responsible for the delivery cost of sending the goods back to us.  It may take up to 30 days to process your refund.

Cancellation By Us

We will notify you immediately and refund your payment in full if we are unable to fulfil your order for the following reasons:

  • we have insufficient stock
  • we are unable to deliver to your specific area
  • items you ordered were listed with the incorrect price due to typographical errors

We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


All items are checked before despatch. However, if you receive faulty goods then we will accept returns within 28 days of your purchase.

Please use the Returns Form to notify us that you wish to return faulty goods. You will be asked to provide details on your purchase and the nature of the fault.

You are required to send the faulty goods back to us using standard delivery options.

Upon our receipt of the returned goods your payment in full will be refunded, including any delivery charges for the original purchase or in any case, within 30 days of your notifying us of the return.

We will reimburse the cost of your return postage if you provide us details and evidence of the exact cost incurred.

We cannot accept returns if items were damaged due to improper use.
